Shipping policy
1. Delivery Time :
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Free standard shipping:
- Cost: Free.
- Shipping method: CJpacket Ordinary.
- Shipping times: 5 to 12 working days for the USA and 7 to 15 working days for the rest of the world.
Priority shipping:
- Cost: 18$
- Shipping method: DHL.
- Shipping times: 2 to 4 working days for the USA and 3 to 5 working days for the rest of the world.
If more than 15 working days have passed please email us at support@mavencet.com to review the status of your order.
Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of shipping, and the number of items ordered, and also, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 30 days from receipt of your order.
